How to cook our food



 

  • Defrost fully (we recommend you take a meal out either the night before and leave it in the fridge to defrost or leave out at room temperature 3 – 4 hours before meal time)
  • Remove lid
  • Place container in the centre of your microwave
  • Microwave on high for 50 - 60 seconds
  • Allow meal to stand for 2 minutes and make sure it is not too hot for your toddler
  • Do not reheat the meal once microwaved
  • Do not refreeze once thawed
