At Toddler Tastes, we don’t add any salt to our meals. 

Why? Use of excessive salt has been linked to heart disease, high blood pressure,
osteoporosis, bladder concerns and blood vessel damage.

Salt has no nutritional value and causes food to be digested slower than usual in the body.
If your child does like salt, try sprinkling just a little over the meal before serving
